Meet The Team
Lee Benson
Lee has worked in legal practice for 37 years and has been qualified for 28 years. He is very experienced in handling litigation cases and has specialised, solely, for over the last 10 years in handling Housing Conditions Claims. He has always acted for Claimants (Tenants) against local authorities and/or housing associations to ensure that the tenant has access to justice and so attempt to ‘level the playing field’ against the opponent.
Joanne Levensohon
Joanne qualified in 1998 and has worked in Litigation for the majority of her Legal Career. She is very experienced in all areas of civil litigation including Insolvency, Debt Recovery and Personal Injury Claims including those of significant value and complexity. She also has more recently specialised in running Housing Conditions claims on behalf of Tenants, bringing claims against local authorities and housing associations. Joanne also has extensive experience of Client Care having managed large Defendant Insurance Accounts on a Global level and so has experience of both sides of legal service, working at the highest level of Client Care.
